Ok, so I talked about the MAC bronzer in Refined Golden that I use for the beach (although it's not really beach weather yet. But it is in St. Tropez!. Well, before I apply my bronzer, I use my Yves Saint Laurent Tient Parfait Complexion Enhancer. Why? Because it is not a foundation. II have this bronzer in Refined Golden, and absolutely love to wear it on days that I've planned for the beach. This is officially my beach bronzer! It's also perfect to wear on days that do not require makeup; or just days that you want to be simple, but perfect. If I do want to wear extra coverage, but want to remain with a totally natural finish, I first apply my Yves St. Laurent Complexion Enhancer all over, including my eyelids and neck. The complexion enhancer usually gives my skin a soft matte finish. Then, with my powder brush, I very lightly apply my bronzing powder in the same areas I applied the complexion enhancer, making sure to blend well, and applying the bronzer a little heavier in the places I want to contour. To finish with the most ultimately naturally flawless and sexy look! I apply one coat of my favorite brown mascara to both my upper and lower lash lines. I use brown mascara instead of black for the beach because brown is a natural enhancer I always like to wear Maybelline Great Lash Clear Mascara. Why? The gold flecks in the bronzer totally separates and spreads all over my face giving off an illusion that I'm under the stars!

Yves Saint Laurent makes the best everything, not to mention the best mascara too! I was in a huge rush to get to an event, so I stopped into Bloomingdale's to grab something to wear. While I was in the fitting room, and looking through my makeup bag for touch-ups, I noticed that I'd forgotten to grab my tube of mascara (I was using Christian Dior DiorShow at the time). After leaving the fitting room the cosmetic counter I was standing closest to was YSL , so I grabbed and purchased the first black mascara I saw, not knowing that it would turn out to be the only mascara I would be addicted to for a while! The one I grabbed was High Density Black. I highly recommend this mascara over all the others I use. Oh, and it's only $31.00 a tube, so it's totally worth me getting all 7 colors!
